Marmion Road involved the sensitive redevelopment of a former YMCA site in Hove. The design and planning stages met with strong public interest including the now Cabinet Minister Rt Hon Peter Kyle's involvement in leading the discussions in various community meetings.


The sustainable design included timber frames with high levels of passive performance and active energy generation upon the green roofs.
